Overall the service was excellent. We could park on street. Excellent central location just off the attractions, and Centre of Rye. Also, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Landgate.

The breakfast here is really nice and cozy. The room feels very new and is quite small but it has everything you need. There's even a cool rain shower, which is a great extra touch! 🚿

The location was perfect and magnificent, at a medium distance from St Mary's Church. I was very happy with the friendly efficient and genuinely helpful staff and their exceptional service. I greatly enjoyed it and would return there.

This place is centrally located near a beautiful beach, the accommodations are spacious and recently renovated, and I would definitely come back again.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, situated right in the heart of the town, making it convenient for exploring all the nearby attractions. the breakfast served at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

There were a couple of issues that we encountered during our stay. there was a burst water main in the morning, which meant we had no water for a while.

The units are compact and reasonably spacious with a nice view, and the location is excellent, only a 4-6 minute walk to an independent gallery.
